The Akshaya Patra Foundation serves 1.8 million hot lunches to government school children in 13 States in India daily, with the use of smart technology, innovation and the simple desire to do good. Most often it is the only meal the child receives in the day and is the crucial intervention for children to come to school and stay in school. Our keynote speaker Prof. Ashish Jha teaches Public Health at the Harvard Chan School of Public Health and is much sought after in the media as an expert on COVID-19. We are honored to have Prof. Kash Rangan joining us for the occasion. Prof. Rangan teaches marketing at Harvard Business School and is a long time Akshaya Patra supporter. We are very fortunate to have speakers whose views are relevant to the current situation and we appreciate their time.

The Gala has already raised half a million dollars with 60 sponsors and we are expecting around 1000 people to join.
