Masala kheema is an extremely versatile dish that can blend well with any masala. The great dish is a perfect addition to any menu. Hot and spicy masala kheema can be served with Chapatis, plain boiled rice or Parathas. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients for masala kheema recipe
Ground beef: 1/2 kg
Cooking oil: 3 tbsps
Onions: 2; chopped fine
Cumin seeds: 1 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Ginger paste: 1 tbsp
Garam masala: 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Tomatoes: 2 medium-sized; chopped fine
Coriander powder: 2 tbsps
Cumin powder: 1 tbsp
Lime Juice: 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves: Chopped, to garnish
How to prepare dry masala kheema recipe
Heat oil in a deep pan. Add cumin seeds, chopped onions and satue. Add ginger and garlic pastes and fry.
Add garam masala, cumin, coriander and salt.
Oil begins to separate after few minutes, then add minced meat and sauté till they turn brown.
Keep stirring. Add chopped tomatoes, stir and cook.
Turn off after the meat is well cooked. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
