Eminem is back to topping the Billboard charts and how! The rapper's new album "The Marshall Mathers LP 2" is breaking all records and has sold over a million copies within weeks of release.
His just-released video for "Rap God," which stars him as a Max Headroom-esque character, shows him attempt a Slim Headroom rap via the miracle of neon green screen. Not just that, he also refers to the video game Portal, re-creates some battle scenes from 8 Mile, and tries to master kung fu in the 6-minute long video.
“For those of you too young to remember, Max Headroom was perhaps the most ’80s thing of all time, a marvel of then-cutting edge video technology who had his own TV show and sold Coke to children in a future dystopian hellscape.”
