The reality television star Kim Kardashian who has 137 million followers on Instagram recently posted a photo of a striking golden outfit and apparently who doesn’t want to a get their hands on it.

Missguided, a fast-fashion brand best-known for selling replicas of celebrity outfits at a much inexpensive price, put out an image of a similar outfit that was up for sale.

However, Kim Kardashian filed a lawsuit against the brand accusing them of "unlawful misappropriation" of her brand and personality.

In the course of her argument that the image used by Missguided is unauthorized use of her trademarked name, Kim asserted that she would ideally charge hundreds and thousands of dollars for such an association and endorsement. In an affidavit submitted by the global celebrity, she revealed that she charges anything between $ 3,00,000 to $ 5,00,000.

Meaning, she gets paid Rs. 2,09,31,000 to Rs. 3,48,85,000 for a single photo that she uploads on Instagram.

Kim’s lawyer also revealed that for a long-term association, she gets into multi-million deals. Now Kardashian is demanding $10 million in damages from Missguided for the misappropriation.
