Huge drop in sanctions of H1B VISA to Indian IT Companies by 43% between 2015-17

The United States Think tank reported that, top seven Indian IT companies, experienced a whooping 43 percent drop in their H1B VISA approvals between 2015 and 2017.
Another report by The National Foundation for American Policy in a said that, the 8,468 new H1B visas for Indian based companies, in the past financial year 2017equated only 0.006 percent of the 160 million the United States Labour force.
The top seven Indian Based companies received only 8,468 approved A1B petitions, for initial employment in the Financial employment in The Financial Year 2017, a decline of 43 percent for these companies since Financial year 2015, when it received 14,792 H-1B Visas.
Given that 199,000 applications, were filed in Financial Year 2017 for the Financial Year 2018 capital year -105,000 in excess of the Financial Year 2018 H1B annual limit, even if one of these companies received new H1B visas the annual limit still would have been reached on the first day.
