Matt Williams is set to be announced as the next manager of the Washington Nationals shortly.

With pitching coach  Charles Nagy,  first base coach Steve Sax,  and hitting coach Don Baylor gone, the D-backs are desperate to fill in the four vacancies with the coaching staff hurriedly.

As per Arizona Sports' John Gambadoro, the veteran Henry Blanco, who retires in Venezuela after the winter ball, could be one of the worthy contenders as D-backs coach.

Even Dave McKay is a worthy suitor for one of the posts according to Gambadoro.

But will the club, following Gambadaro's tip, hire these top-notch coaches. Well, that's only for the time to tell.
