The Dyson WashG1 wet vacuum cleaner was launched in India on Thursday. Introduced as Dyson's first dedicated cordless mop, the WashG1 features two microfiber cylinders, multiple damping modes and a self-cleaning function. When cleaning, the wet floor cleaner must be able to separate wet and dry residues at the source. Dyson claims its latest home cleaning solution can cover up to 3,100 square feet on a single charge. The Dyson WashG1 is priced at Rs 64,900 in India. Customers can get additional micro fiber rollers at a discounted price of Rs 1,490 as compared to the MRP of Rs 4,990. The wet floor cleaner is available in a single two-tone color of black and blue and can be purchased online at Dyson showrooms in India and offline on the brand's website. It comes with a two-year warranty and protection against accidental damage. The Dyson WashG1 has a feature that monitors hydration during use. The company offers three hydration modes that users can choose based on soil and soil conditions: low, medium, and high. The motor of the floor cleaning equipment operates continuously at the selected speed and ensures the required humidity. Each method has additional sensitivity settings. There's also a dedicated Boost Mode button that keeps the roller super wet to remove even the most stubborn dirt.
The wet floor unit has two counter-rotating microfiber rollers with a separate drive and a fiber density of 64,800 square centimeters. With a single charge, the Dyson WashG1 covers 3,100 square meters with a 1 liter water tank. Dyson says it borrowed wheels from the Dyson Omni-Glide to provide better balance and support when cleaning. The WashG1 is equipped with a self-cleaning system that uses clean water to flush the system. The brushes are said to clean in 140 seconds, preparing the next brush.
