The prestigious MAA Elections for the year 2021 took many ugly turns and the panels exchanged words between them. Prakash Raj and Manchu Vishnu competed in the polls that took place yesterday. The elections were concluded by 2 PM and the counting started at 3 PM. The final results were declared by 9 PM and Manchu Vishnu won on Prakash Raj by 100 votes. There was a tough fight between both of them during the initial rounds but Vishnu had clear majority as the counting concluded. Prakash Raj left the venue without responding about the defeat. Several unexpected incidents took place yesterday during the polls.

A record number of 605 votes are polled out of the 883 votes in the elections. Raghu Babu is named as the General Secretary and Siva Balaji won for the role of the Treasurer. Benarjee and Madala Ravi won for the roles of Vice President and Srikanth won as the Executive Vice President. Uttej and Gowtham Raj are the new Joint Secretaries for MAA.
