VD13 makers unveiled a picture of Dil Raju and director Parusuram with the team in the USA, while the is surveying the locations for the shoot. Sita Ramam fame actress Mrunal Thakur is the lead actress. Dil Raju and Sirish are producing the film under the banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. VD13 is being made on a huge budget and the film is collaboration of Vijay and Parusuram after super successful Geetha Govindham, which has raised the expectations on the film already.
