The BJP seems to be very clear on its stand and by-poll strategy. The party state president, Kishan Reddy has today said that they would make bifurcation of state their main subject in the election campaign for by polls to 18 assembly constituencies in the state. Kishan Reddy has also said that a large number of people in the Seemandhra region are supporting separate statehood cause and exuded confidence that they would be successful in the campaign. Also, he said that the public will take the duty of refuting the statements of the Congress and TDP stating that the separate statehood issue is losing its strength.

Talking on youth suicides over Telangana cause, Kishan Reddy has said that he would be undertaking a rally to give confidence to the youth on Telangana state. He has also appealed the students not to commit suicides.

We have to wait till the results of bypolls are announced in order to find out whether the statement made by Kishan Reddy is true or now.  Reportedly, people in AP are dis-liking the Congress and TDP rule since they witnessed it for quite sometime. These elections are kind of good opportunity to both BJP as well as YSR Congress party.
