A middle aged man from Oxford, Mississippi was arrested for sending poisoned letters to President Barack Obama and Senator Roger Wicker of Mississippi. After the deadly Boston Marathon blast this incident is keeping the U.S security agencies on their toes.

The FBI said Paul Kevin Curtis, 45, of Mississippi was arrested on Wednesday after his letters to the President and the Senator tested positive of containing poison ricin.  Both letters said: "To see a wrong and not expose it, is to become a silent partner to its continuance." Both were signed, "I am KC and I approve this message." interestingly such wording is used by candidates running for office.

However, the FBI said there was no indication of a connection between the letters and the Boston bombing. The letters were postmarked April 8, before the marathon.
