An awfully big and powerful late-season tornado stormed through several states in the Midwest last evening, uprooting trees and home, knocking down vehicles and killing as many as 5 people along its way.
Among the worst hit were the states of Chicago, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, Kentucky, and Missouri, where the high winds and tempestuous thunderstorms blew off house roofs, flattened homes, and caused power outage in several parts in the Midwest.
Not just that, the strong storm also disrupted communications, making several highways impassable and even shutting down air routes.
Back in Arizona, flights were delayed by several hours or had to be canceled under the strong weather. Several passengers flying back to Arizona were left stranded in various airports in the Midwest, owing to weather fury.
