A young employee, working with a money delivery company in Goodyear, has been indicted of theft from a bank ATM in Goodyear last month.
Goodyear police arrested the 23-year-old Jesse Doyle Marion yesterday on theft charges.
An internal investigator from Loomis Armored reported Goodyear police on Dec. 4 that more than $24,000 cash was missing from a Chase Bank ATM.
“Loomis Armored is contracted to deliver money to and from that bank location and Marion was a Loomis employee at that time,” reports ABC15.
Police identified Marion as a suspect and investigative lead in the case and detectives launched a search warrant Monday at his home, from where large sums of cash and newly purchased items in the home were found.
He was arrested immediately.
