Crime against minors continue in schools inspite of stringent legal action by the authorities. On Wednesday morning a teacher’s aide associated with a Scottsdale middle school was taken into custody in a child pornography case.

According to the Phoenix Police Department statement, 44-year-old Alvin Ray McClellan has been arrested and put in Fourth Avenue Jail. McClellan has been taken into custody on suspicion of sexually exploiting a minor on 10 counts.

McClellan was arrested from his residence in 5900 block of North 78th Street at around 6:30 AM by detectives working with the Arizona Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.

Armed with a search warrant, police found an undisclosed number of pornographic videos and pictures of children at his apartment.

Cops declined to identify McClellan, who is a teacher’s aide at a Scottsdale middle school.
