Sewa International is a 501(c)(3) Hindu faith-based nonprofit charity. Sewa International in the USA has 38 chapters in 20 metros and 22 states. Sewa is a word from the Sanskrit language which translates to service above self - essentially Selfless Efforts for Welfare of All. Sewa International in the USA (started in 2003) was inspired by the international Sewa movement that began in India in 1989. Internationally, the Sewa movement is active in 17 countries.
nonprofitSewa International has successfully conducted, Serve Phoenix Program in St. Mary's Food bank on Jan 16th, 2016. There were Total 26 Volunteers, including 7 Children, who have  participated in this event with cheerful faces & full of Happiness of giving. At the end, we played a fun introduction game where Rupeshji who gave info about all 5 Sewa Dimensions covering almost all the aspects of human life where we can serve the Humanity with dignity.
Serve-PhoenixSewa International extends the helping hand to one and all. Sewa like to see that nobody is starving because of the incapability or non-availability of food. Sewa hope this noble initiative will be supported by all to ensure that our fellow human beings are not deprived of food.
