The Baked Bear has opened its first Arizona location in Scottsdale for the all ice cream enthusiasts in the Valley. The Baked Bear is famous for made-to-order (and made-from-scratch) ice cream cookie sandwiches. It is not just limited to cookies, you can also have brownies or donuts.

The California-based eatery officially opened in the valley on Saturday. Its door brought its first Arizona location to the Village at Shea Boulevard near Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard.

The eatery is owned and operated locally by Rob Clark and Anthony Velez. Guests choose an ice cream flavor, a cookie combination, and then a topping. They do have some gluten-free options.
