Authorities said, a man was shot and killed on Wednesday evening in north Phoenix.
A spokesman for the Phoenix Police Department, Sgt. Vince Lewis, said that, the incident happened before 7 p.m. near 35th Avenue and Greenway Road.
According to the police, the victim was rushed into the hospital where he later died.
Lewis said, a homicide investigation was ongoing, but there was no information available about the shooter.
A description of the suspect has not been released and additional information is unknown at this time.
