AzGoshala had a very successful, Festival of Dance, Garba and Dandiya nights for Navaratri on Sept 28th and Oct 5th at Bogle Jr High School in Chandler. AzGoshala Navaratri was a unique event in the valley with ramp walk, Indian Jewelry, Indian Clothes, several vendors and restaurants serving exotic Indian, Indo-Chinese Veg Cuisine and awesome baklavas. This was celebrated both indoors as well as outdoors under the stars and all proceeds go towards cow protection. Our upcoming events are Festival of Kites, Sankranti, Sunday, Jan 12th and Festival of Colors, Holi, Sunday Mar 15th.
We attribute the huge success to the selfless service of over 100 Volunteers, Intel Volunteers, Az Goshala Youth Club volunteers and the sponsors, vendors, Bollywood dance teams, several media sponsors and supporters from the valley!! Sponsors include several of our volunteers, Sangeetha Sethia, Realtor, Konark Travels, Inchin Bamboo Garden, Chutneys, Gehna Jewellers, Deep Ayurvedic Spa, Prickly Pear Pastry and media - AzWishesh, AsiaToday, ArizonaCinema, AzNamasthe, Sulekha who graciously promoted this event!
