Actress Asin Thottumkal and Micromax CEO Rahul Sharma got engaged in September 2015. They are all set to tie the knot on 19 January 2016 at Dusit Devarana hotel in Delhi. Sources reveal that the pair would go ahead with Christian wedding as well as Hindu ceremony, so as to honor the respective religions.

Both of them are planned as private ceremonies. Only 50 guests would attend the Christian wedding, where as 200 members are expected to attend the Hindu wedding. Plans are on way to create a makeshift church in the hotel premises for white-themed Christian wedding ceremony. As per the schedule, it is expected to happen during day time. At night, the Hindu ceremony is scheduled to occur. For this, mandap is being built on a water body inside the hotel.

According to a source, “Both the ceremonies will be private. While around 50 guests are invited for the Christian wedding, the Hindu ceremony will be attended by 200 guests. In all likelihood, there will also be a private house party next day at Rahul’s farmhouse at Sonali Farms, West End Greens.”
