Story
The story revolves around the stars Amitabh and Dhanush were Amitabh plays a role of Amitabh Sinha an alcoholic, who had dreamt of becoming an actor. The Dhanush who plays the role of Danish portrays a deaf and dumb boy from a small town, and then comes Shruthi Hasan come into role and into the action, she brings the action between the two actors and comes up with the Shamitabh which is Danish’s ‘Sh’ and Amitabh’s Amitabh This is when ego clashes occur between Danish and Amitabh, which shatters their dream.
Analysis :
The concept behind the shamithabh is noble and no one knows it better than lead actors Amitabh Bachchan and Dhanush. The two had justified the role with perfection. While performance is what makes to watch Shamitabh, there is some scenes which bring clashes again and again extremely complex and difficult to follow till the climax and was not properly connected to the climax. At some points of the film make to commentary on the Bollywood film and there lies the quality of the films which directors don’t want.
Performance :
Writer and director might have got confused with the scenes that’s why he made the audience get confused because of which it not get connected from starting to the climax. But Shamithabh didn't has that much big plot to be clapped but the duo actors did their performance in well manner and Shruti Hasan has tuned up her acting a lot.
Final Word:
Shamitabh's striking story could leave you speechless.
