With the onset of winter, the national capital and several north Indian cities have seen another spike in air pollution, with the Air Quality Index (AQI) falling into the 'very poor' and 'severe' categories. Long-term exposure to poor air quality can cause serious, long-term health problems, especially respiratory diseases, in people of all ages. In addition to children and the elderly, adults who go to the office every day are also threatened by various health problems. Winter is here and with it environmental pollution, but don't let it affect your health! This simple cube of ginger, orange, and amla has anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties. How to prepare an anti-inflammatory, immunostimulating vaccine:
Take a large piece of ginger. Wash and cut into small pieces.
Peel and cut an orange and three or four gooseberries. Do not remove the amla seeds.
Put all three in a smoothie, add a little water and "drink".
Mix all the ingredients well. Strain the liquid and pour it into an ice cube tray.
Release the dice and use one of them each day.
To use, place the cube in a cup or glass and fill with hot water. Mix well and drink for a "quick health boost". It's an easy way to fight inflammation and support your immune system on busy days. Cook once and enjoy all week.
