Bored with regular aloo chat, try this yummy sweet potato chat, which can be served in any season. Like other street foods, sweet potato chat also has all the chutneys in it to give the delicious taste of regular chat. Let us take a look at the complete recipe.

Ingredients :

300 boiled, peeled and chopped sweet potatoes
Chat Masala powder – 1 teaspoon
Black salt as required
Salt
Pomegranate seeds
Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
Sugar powder – ¾ teaspoon
Tamarind chutney – 3 tablespoon
Coriander leaves
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon

Process :

First step is to boil sweet potatoes, then peel them and chop them. Take a bowl and add them to it along with cumin powder, salt as required, chat masala, black salt as required and powdered sugar. Mix everything well before going to the next step.

Second Step is to add tamarind chutney to the mixed portion and again mix it well.

Third step is garnishing the mixed portion, take the portion into a garnishing bowl and then add pomegranate seeds along with chopped coriander leaves as required.

Now, Sweet Potato Chat is ready to serve.
