Ingredients:

300 gms Pasta
100 gms Britannia The Laughing Cow Cheese Block
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
400 gms Chopped tomatoes
50 ml Double cream
1 tsp Dried oregano
To taste Salt and pepper
For garnish Fresh basil

Preparation:

Cook the pasta according to package directions until tender. Drain and set aside. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add double cream and dried oregano and mix. Season with salt and black pepper. Let the sauce cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle the grated British Laughing Cow cheese block over the pasta and stir until the cheese melts and the sauce is well mixed. Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the sauce and stir gently until the pasta is evenly coated. Serve the pasta with pink sauce warm and garnish with freshly chopped basil leaves if desired.
