Bhelpuri is one of the famous chat recipes in India, with the mixture of puffed rice, sev, tomatoes and onions. The recipe of bhelpuri is easy to make and preferred mostly to have in the evenings as a snack item. Moreover, it comes under healthy snack category that is good for health.
Serves 4-6
Preparation time: 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS:
puffed rice - 1 cup
Tomatoes - 3(chopped in to small pieces)
Onions - 3(chopped in to tiny pieces)
Potatoes - 2(small, boiled and chopped in to pieces)
Ginger - 1 tsp(grated)
Papads - 5to6 (crushed)
Sev - 3 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Garam masala or chaat masala - 1 tsp
Roasted ground nuts - 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup (chopped)
lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Procedure:
1.Take a wide bowl, except sev add all ingredients in the bowl.
2. Mix thoroughly with a wide spoon or spatula, until all ingredients are combined fully.
3.Finally, add the sev to the mixture and garnish with coriander leaves.
4. Now the spicy crisp dish is ready to serve.
5. Immediately serve the dish, otherwise the bhel puri may get soggy.
