Christina Aguilera, 32-year-old singer, expressed that even though she went to Rwanda to help others rather she concluded helping herself. She visited the African nation during June for a hunger relief effort while she stressed that her experience helped her ground herself.

Furthermore, the Grammy winner expressed in a recent interview that it came at a time in her life when she really needed to be far removed from anything to do with work otherwise being on camera. In fact, it came at a time in her life when she needed to sort of experience what's going on with the world beyond entertainment.
