ISKCON of Phoenix is organizing an event to celebrate the appearance day of Lord Narasimhadev, half-man/half-lion incarnation of the Lord. Don't miss! The auspicious event is scheduled to be held on Friday, 20 May 2016 at the Hare Krishna Temple. It will begin at 5:00 PM.
The organizers are inviting you all to participate in the event and take the blessings of Lord Narasimhadev.The highlights of the event are kirtan, fire sacrifice, Arti, katha and prasadam.
According to Prahlada Maharaja, the nine processes, accepted as pure devotional service are hearing and chanting about the transcendental holy name, form, remembering them, paraphernalia and pastimes of Lord Visnu, offering the Lord respectful worship with sixteen types of paraphernalia, serving the lotus feet of the Lord, becoming His servant, offering prayers to the Lord, surrendering everything unto Him and considering the Lord one's best friend.
