Tempe Carjacking officer-involved shooting suspect was taken into custody. According to Tempe Police, police were reported about a carjacking near Interstate 10 and Baseline Road. Police said the vehicle fled into Phoenix, Phoenix police located and pursued the vehicle.

Suspect carjacked another vehicle at gunpoint near 16th street and Southern Avenue. Near 17 and 7th Street he tried to carjack another vehicle but was not successful.

Police say that suspect met with another driver on the way and the driver took the suspect to a house near 7th street and Broadway Road. The suspect fired on police before going inside the house. The suspect and others exited the house before police arrived.

Later, the suspect was taken into custody without any incidents. No officers were hurt during this incident. The suspect was also not hurt. The suspect will be facing multiple felony charges.

The victims in this incident are taken to the hospital after suffering from bruises.
