A deadly shooting incident has occurred at a home on Monday afternoon. Phoenix Police are still investigating this case. Officers immediately responded to reports of a home invasion around 2.30 pm. This incident took place at Cave Creek Road and Rose Garden Lane.

Police later informed that a man was shot outside a home and it was not a home invasion. A woman staying at the property told police that she heard a gunshot. She immediately went outside and found victim and performed CPR on the Victim. She was taken to police headquarters for further questioning.

Police identified the victim as a 45-Year-old man. Police said the man was critically injured and was later pronounced as dead. No further information was provided.
