Ingredients
3/4 cup(s) Unsweetened Cocoa, such as Valrhona
3 1/2 tablespoon(s) Instant Espresso
1cup(s) Sugar
16 (3-inch) Cinnamon Sticks
Instructions
Make the mix: In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together save for the cinnamon sticks. Transfer the cocoa to an airtight container. You can store it up to 6 months.
To make cocoa, whisk in 2 tablespoons of the mix with 1/4 cup water in a small saucepan over medium heat until the cocoa dissolves. Pour in 3/4 cup milk and a cinnamon stick and whisk until heated through. Serve hot.
