QUESTION: What type of garments can customers customize?
ANSWER: Big Frog offers a variety of apparel and other items such as puzzles, golf towels, koozies, totes, bandanas and more. We also have garment options for babies and pets. In addition, Big Frog is an authorized re-seller of Under Armour and American Apparel selections.
Q: What makes the shop unique?
A: There are no minimum orders, and most orders can be completed within a day. Big Frog is especially focused on the customer service experience, and works with customers throughout the entire process from the moment they walk in the door to ensure they are 100 percent satisfied every time.
Q: Why Gilbert?
A: We relocated to Gilbert from California last year after searching for a community in which we could plant roots. Gilbert is a booming, family-oriented community that meets all our needs, and with the SanTan Marketplace being one of the top shopping destinations in Gilbert, this is a great place for Big Frog to connect with its community members.
Q: What made you want to open your own business?
A: We have always shared the dream of owning our own business, and after nearly two decades of combined experience working in the corporate world, we made the decision to relocate from California to Gilbert to do just that. We look forward to having the flexibility to spend more time with family and enjoy more work-life balance.
