Actress Sridevi, who has worked in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and a few Kannada films, signed a Chimbudevan’s Puli at a whopping remuneration of 5 crore at even 51 years old. The reason behind her charging is that she will lock her lips with Kannada actor Sudeep in the movie, in which she will be seen as queen.

The Puli movie is being screened on the theme of 14th century, in which Vijay and Hansika are playing the main leads, while, Sruthi Haasan is playing the second heroine role. The movie may hit the theatres in the summer.

The bold scenes between Sridevi and Sudeep may remind her glamour roles in 1980s and 90s, in which she dominated cine industry with her beauty and dance. She often called as first female super star of hindi cinema.

However Kannda actor sudeep has rubbished the rumours on kissing scenes with boolywood diva Sridevi in an interview.
