Do you envy women with soft and silky hair? Don't. Even you can easily get bouncy hair at less than a quarter of the price that any salon would charge. Beautiful hair is achievable at home using ingredients available in your kitchen. Here are four hair masks to give your hair a healthy shine.

Coconut milk mask

Coconut is wonderful for hair treatment. Coconut milk mask moisturises your tresses to the core. Make a mask using equal quantities of coconut milk and castor oil. Mix well and apply on your hair and scalp. Keep it on for at least 30 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Almond-coconut mask

If you are suffering from hair fall then an almond-coconut mask may be the answer. Make a hair mask with two tablespoon each of coconut milk, almond milk, castor oil and fenugreek seed paste. Mix all the ingredients and massage the paste on your scalp. Let it stay for 20 minutes at least. Wash it off with water.

Banana-almond mask

People with rough hair will benefit from banana-almond mask. Take a ripe banana and mash it. Add a few drops of almond oil to it and mix well. Massage on your hair and leave it on for 20 minutes at least. Wash it off with water. Regular use the banana-almond mask once in a week will help to soften your hair.

Hibiscus mask

Do you find your frizzy hair unmanageable. Fret not. Hibiscus mask will help you to manage your tresses. Take some hibiscus leaves and flowers and grind then to a paste. Add olive or coconut oil to it and mix well. Apply the mask on your hair and scalp. Let it stay for at least 15 minutes. Wash it off with water. This mask has been found to be helpful in treating hair fall and delaying grey hair.
