Shipa Shetty, who was in limelight after the Big Boss episode and her kiss with Hollywood actor Richard Gere is back in news for good reasons this time. This yesteryear top actress of Bollywood plunged into production.
Eros International Media Limited along with Shilpa Shetty’s Essential Sports and Media Private Limited is all set to produce an action film ‘Dishkiyaoon.’ This is the first film to ever come out of Shilpa Shetty’s production company.
Addressing the media, Shilpa Shetty said: “We are very excited about our very first production. This is a splendid script that will reach out to the large mainstream audience and it’s our pleasure to be associated with Eros and its global distribution network.”
It has to be mentioned here that the film is being shot at some awesome locations in Germany and it basically revolves around the underworld of Mumbai. The film unit has said that German cinematographer, Axel Fischer is the great asset to the film and he has shot some amazing locations.
Starting from Ram Gopal Varma’s Company to Mahesh Bhatt’s Gangster, movies on underworld are nothing new to people. While some are well-received, some fall flat at the box office. The subject might be old, but the title of the film adds masala to it and might be successful in dragging people to theatres. (Phani)
