The National Air and Space Museum houses approximately 60,000 objects connected with human flight, artwork and archival materials, including the 1903 Wright Flyer, Charles Lindbergh's Spirit of St. Louis and the Apollo 11 command module which is the largest of the Smithsonian Institution's 19 museums.
