Team India is on the top of the points table in the ICC World Cup 2023 and has never lost a match in the leagues. The semifinal berth is confirmed for India. Ace all-rounder Hardik Pandya got injured and everyone expected him to return back to the team for tomorrow's match with Sri Lanka. As per the latest update, Hardik Pandya will miss two more matches which will be played against Sri Lanka and South Africa respectively. He is suffering with ankle injury which he suffered during the match with Bangladesh. Hardik Pandya hasn't played any match after October 19th.

There are reports that Hardik Pandya is expected back to return back to the team with the match against Netherlands on November 12th. Hardik Pandya appeared to twist his ankle while trying to stop the ball in the match with Bangladesh. Hardik Pandya is currently undergoing rehabilitation at the National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru. Hardik Pandya was replaced with Suryakumar Yadav. After six back-to-back victories, Hardik Pandya will play with Sri Lanka tomorrow in Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium at 2 PM.
