The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to be officially released early next year, but there are currently several rumors circulating online about the flagship's redesign. The Galaxy S25 Ultra first appeared in CAD-based renders back in March, and now new renders reveal its side profile. The current images show the Galaxy S25 Ultra with rounded corners and flat sides. Like the Galaxy S24 Ultra, the upcoming device also has a cutout for the selfie camera at the top of the display. Tipster Ice Universe X (formerly Twitter) announced renders of the unannounced Galaxy S25 Ultra. The renders show the phone with a narrow bezel and a punch-hole display. It appears to have flat sides like the recently launched Meizu smartphones. The images show a phone with a more rounded design than the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The rounded corners allow you to hold the device comfortably. The same source previously claimed that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be more rounded. However, this will be a major design change for Samsung. The South Korean brand has been using a square design for its S-series Ultra phones since the Galaxy S22 Ultra.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra recently appeared on Samsung's OTA servers alongside the vanilla Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+. It is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC. They may have several AI-based features. All three will be announced in early 2025. The Galaxy S25 Ultra has 16GB of RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. It is said to have an improved quad rear camera setup that includes a 200-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel sensor with 5x optical zoom, and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide and telephoto lens. It has a 5000mAh battery with 45W charging support.
