The Redmi Note 14 was launched in India in December 2024 alongside the Redmi Note 14 Pro and Note 14 Pro+. This phone was also launched in China in September 2024. The company has now announced that the phone will be launched in global markets excluding China and India. Apart from confirming the smartphone's global launch date, Redmi also announced that the Redmi Buds 6 Pro and Redmi Watch 5 will also be launched in global markets on the same day. TWS headphones and smartwatches arrived in China in November. The Redmi Note 14 series, which includes the Redmi Note 14 Pro+ and Redmi Note 14 Pro, will launch globally on January 10, the company confirmed on PostX. The brand's live page for the launch event confirms that the smartphone will be launched on this day alongside Redmi Buds 6 Pro and Redmi Watch 5. In addition to smartphones and wearables, Xiaomi's 10000 165-watt power bank will also be presented.

The global version of the Redmi Note 14 series includes a 200-megapixel main rear camera and artificial intelligence imaging and photo editing capabilities. The series is proven to have an IP68 dust- and water-resistant construction, as well as an All-Star Armor drop-proof construction and a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 screen protector. The global version of this device is expected to be similar to the Chinese device. The Redmi Note 14 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 Ultra SoC, while the Note 14 Pro and Note 14 Pro+ are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra and Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipsets, respectively. It runs HyperOS based on Android 14 and supports wired fast charging of up to 90W.

The Redmi Note 14 starts at RMB 1,199 (approximately Rs. 14,300) for the 6GB + 128GB option, while the Note 14 Pro and Note 14 Pro+ are priced at RMB 1,399 (approximately Rs 13,000) for the 8GB + RMB 1,129 ( approximately 12,000 RMB) cost 22,000 each for 256GB configurations). The Redmi Buds 6 Pro TWS headphones support up to 55 dB ANC and are said to offer a battery life of up to 36 hours. The price in China is 399 Yuan (approximately Rs. 4,600) for the standard model and 499 Yuan (approximately Rs. 5,800) for the E-Sports version. The Redmi Watch 5, on the other hand, starts at 599 yuan (around Rs 6,600), has a 2.07-inch AMOLED display, runs on Xiaomi's HyperOS 2 interface and is said to last up to 24 days on a single charge.
