The Samsung Galaxy F16 5G has officially been introduced in India as the new version of the Galaxy F15 5G, which was launched in March 2024. The Galaxy F16 5G features a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and is equipped with a robust 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W wired fast charging. For photography, it includes a 50-megapixel triple camera system on the rear along with a 13-megapixel front camera for selfies. Promising longevity, the device will receive six operating system updates and security patches for six years post-launch. The pricing for the Samsung Galaxy F16 5G in India begins at Rs. 11,499 with various offers included. According to a promotional announcement on Flipkart, sales will commence at 12 PM IST on March 13. The smartphone will be sold in Bling Black, Glam Green, and Vibing Blue colors through the online marketplace. Prior reports indicated that the Galaxy F16 5G would likely be offered in India at different price points: Rs. 13,499 for the 4GB variant, Rs. 14,999 for the 6GB option, and Rs. 16,499 for the 8GB model, all featuring 128GB of internal storage.
