Reliance Communications has introduced what is claimed to be the first Indian tablet, Reliance CDMA Tab. The Reliance CDMA Tab which comes with a 7-inch capacitive touch screen runs Android 2.3 OS and weighs 397g. It sports a 2 megapixel rear camera, a front camera and comes with a 512 MB RAM and a micro SD card slot. The Reliance CDMA Tab comes with a free 4GB SD card, upgradable upto 32 GB.
