Nandamuri Balakrishna stepped into the shoes of a mass entertainer which is titled Ruler. The film is directed by KS Ravikumar who worked with Balakrishna for Jai Simha. Balakrishna has been presented in dual roles Arjun Prasad and Dharma in this mass entertainer. Leaving everyone in deep shock, Ruler released on Friday and the film's response has been quite poor. The movie failed to rake decent numbers over the weekend.

Ruler collected Rs 6.53 crores in three days which is quite poor. The Saturday and Sunday numbers remained quite low. Vedhika and Sonal Chauhan essayed the roles of heroines while Jayasudha and Bhoomika played other crucial roles. Chiranthan Bhatt is the music director and C Kalyan produced Ruler. East: Rs 0.35 Cr

West: Rs 0.35 Cr

Nellore: Rs 0.30 Cr

AP and Telangana: Rs 5.88 Cr
