Victory Venkatesh is done with the shoots of two movies: Narappa and Drishyam 2. Both these films are made on strict budgets and Suresh Babu closed the digital deals of these films. He was trolled badly across the social media circles and there are speculations that the makers are reconsidering the deals. The makers today announced that Narappa is heading for a direct digital release and the date is announced today. Narappa will stream on Amazon Prime from July 20th and a new poster with the announcement is out.

Sreekanth Addala directed Narappa and the film is the remake of the critically acclaimed Tamil blockbuster Asuran. Venkatesh, Priyamani and Rajeev Kanakala played the lead roles in this emotional action entertainer and Manisharma is the music director. Suresh Productions in association with V Creations are the producers. Suresh Babu and Kalaipuli S Thanu produced Narappa. The film's entire rights are sold for Amazon Prime for a price of Rs 35 crores. There are talks that Drishyam 2 too will head for a direct digital release and the film will stream on Disney Plus Hotstar. Jeethu Joseph directed Drishyam 2 and Suresh Productions, Aashirvaad Cinemas are the producers.
