Love Story opened with a bang and the entire nation is surprised of the box-office numbers. It was a cakewalk for the film in USA and it crossed 1 million USD mark in its first weekend. The film also had a super strong run across the Telugu states. After a promising first weekend, the numbers dropped down badly over the weekdays. Love Story is directed by Sekhar Kammula and the film featured Naga Chaitanya, Sai Pallavi in the lead roles. The film is a romantic entertainer that delivers a strong undercurrent message to the society. The theatrical rights of the film are valued at Rs 32 crores.
Love Story collected a theatrical share of Rs 27.24 crores in its first week worldwide. The job is yet to be completed and the trade circles are expecting some strong numbers in its second weekend to enter into safe zone.
