Mega hero Vaisshnav Tej made an impressive debut with Uppena and the film raked over Rs 50 crores in its final run. All the focus now shifted towards the second film of Vaisshnav Tej which is titled Kondapolam. Krish directed the movie and Rakul Preet Singh played the leading lady. The movie released across the globe today in 1000 screens. The theatrical rights are valued at Rs 15 crores. The film is a different attempt and is inspired from the novel Kondapolam and the film is shot in the forests of Vikarabad. Megastar Chiranjeevi watched Kondapolam last night in a special premiere in Hyderabad.
