A robbery suspect has been taken into custody by Gilbert police. The suspect named Justin Durbin was reportedly hiding in a laundry basket at a private home.

The homeowner, residing near Dodge Street and Guadalupe Road, found Durbin hiding in his home. The suspect was forced out of the house at gunpoint, according to police.
 
The homes in the neighborhood were put under brief lockdown while Gilbert police searched for the robbery suspect.

The 26-year old man from Gold Canyon was taken into custody after brief search. He was hiding inside a laundry basket.
 
Durbin was found at Tom Hathaway's Princeton Avenue home. Hathaway says the suspect had his wallet, his friend's wallet and had a knife that he had taken from the counter.

An arrest warrant had already been issued in Durbi's name prior to his arrest. At present he is under police custody.
