The Search Engine giant Google has accepted the request of Minister for IT and Panchayat Raj of the Telangana State, Mr K T Rama Rao to invest around Rs. 1,000 crore in coming four years in Hyderabad.
The government has to provide 7.2 acres in Gachibowli and Google will use about 2 million square feet space for the construction. Google Inc Vice-President David Radcliffe and IT Secretary of Telangana at Mountain View, the head quarters of the IT Major, have inked the memorandum of understanding (MoU) to this agreement.
K.T. Rama Rao was also present at the historic occasion. The campus will create nearly 13,000 jobs for technologists over the next four years directly and indirect benefits would be some more high.The faculty may start before the second quarter of 2019.
