In North Phoenix Police arrested a 29 year Old Man in Animal Cruelty case. This man has killed and beheaded a 6-month-old puppy.

According to court documents, Decarlos Jones got angry when his girlfriends 6-months-old puppy urinated in the house, so he killed it.

Jones took the puppy into the bathtub, hit her head continuously against the tub and stabbed the puppy with a knife. After killing the dog he beheaded the dog and placed its head on living room table for his girlfriend to see.

Earlier to this incident, Jones and his girlfriend got into an argument on his girlfriend speaking to other man at work. Jones told police that he is Bipolar and PTSD. He is facing Animal Cruelty Charges.
