Ex-deputy convicted for killing other officers died in the Prison

On Tuesday, the former undercover narcotics officer who was serving his life term for killing two of his fellow law enforcement officers in Yuma was found dead in prison. 59-Year-old Jack Hudson died due to natural health causes in the prison at the Phoenix Suburb.

Hudson has worked as Yuma County Sheriff’s deputy in 1995; he was arrested in shooting of Yuma Police Lt. Dan Elkins and Arizona Department of public safety Sgt. Mike Crowe on July 4, 1995. This case took place around 22 years ago.
