Phoenix Woman accused in Bicyclists death

According to Phoenix police, 19-year-old Phoenix woman is accused of manslaughter after striking a bicyclist. She was having Marijuana too. The 19-year-old teen was identified as Annaleah Dominguez.

This incident took place on Sunday morning when she was driving in the wrong direction to avoid another bicyclist she hit 36-year-old Robert Dollar. He was pronounced as dead at the scene.

Police said Annaleah admitted to drinking and smoking Marijuana. They also said that she showed signs of impairment and she is booked in jail. She was not having a lawyer in her court appearance on Monday; her bond is set at $2500.

The preliminary hearing would be on Nov. 8th.
