The former Phoenix officer and his wife are charged and alleged of murdering their 7 year-old daughter and are charged with abuse and murder.

The Policeman Germayne and wife Lisa Cunningham were indicted by the grand jury in account of the murder of their daughter who was also physically abused. It seems that Germayne worked with the Phoenix Police Department for about 12 years and later he resigned in the month of September.

This incident took place back in the month of February when Sanna Cunningham ( 7 year old daughter) was rushed to the medical care center as she was facing problems in breathing and she also had bruises and scratches all over body which was stated according to the police records.

Later, it was noted that Sanna couldn’t survive and she died.

During interrogation, Germayne and step mother Lisa told the police that their daughter Sanna had a medical history as she had mental illness sickness and she would often inflict herself and that she was diagnosed with Schizophrenia.

This all seemed fishy to the Goodyear Police Department, so they conducted a detailed investigation on the issue which started on the 12th of February. They led a “10-month extensive investigation” and after that they came to a conclusion and indicted the couple with the first-degree murder and abuse of their daughter.

According to the reports issued by the police, Sanna was physically abused regularly for a long time. It seems that the girl was zip tied to a large water container and she was left in the laundry room as well frequently.

Not only that, she was also left on the patio for hours and she was spotted naked in a trash can.

The couple who are accused of the murder have not yet been taken into custody but will come in the court where the judge will decide whether they should be released on a bond or not.

Also, there was a fund of about 8000$ was raised for the child by the GoFundMe so that the family could get the money for the death of the child.
