The Prime Minister of India and Narendra Modi and the US President Donald Trump has held extensive talks over various sectors and topics which had covered the entire spectrum of the bilateral ties which comprised of the key areas of defence, security and trade and investment.
- The President of the United States Donald Trump has made a visit to Agra along with the First Lady Melania Trump and has witnessed the beauty of Taj Mahal as they strolled around the monument which is said to be an epitome of love.
- Nitin Kumar who is an Agra- based guide has said that, “incredible” was the first word which was uttered by the President Trump after looking at Taj Mahal which is the architectural grandeur of the 17th century and that the President Donald Trump and the First Lady Melania Trump have been impressed with the architectural grandeur of Taj Mahal and the story behind its construction.
- Ivanka Trump who is the daughter of the US President Donald Trump was impressed by the beauty of Taj Mahal and has said that the grandeur of the 17th century was ‘awe-inspiring’ and has also shared her pictures along with her husband Jared Kushner, which were clicked in front of Taj Mahal.

- The President of the United States Donald Trump along with the First Lady Melania Trump went to the Rashtapati Bhavan for the ceremonial reception where they have been welcomed by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and the Minister of External Affairs Jaishankar.
- The ceremonial reception of the US President Donald Trump along with the First Lady has been made and they were greeted with a 21- gun salute.
- The President Donald Trump and the First Lady Melania Trump has visited Rajghat which is the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi where the President of the United States where they laid a wreath and observed a minute of silence as a tribute to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi.

- The Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi has received the President of the United States Donald Trump and the First Lady Melania Trump at the Hyderabad House which was all decked up for hosting the bilateral talks between the representatives of the two countries of the United States and India. The building of the Hyderabad House was adorned with the flags of both the countries of India and the United States which symbolizes the relationship that is being shared by the two countries.
- The First Lady of the United States Melania Trump has visited the government school, Sarvodaya Co-Educational Senior Secondary School in the south Moti Bagh area of south Delhi where she was welcomed by the students who were dressed up in traditional attire. She has attended a session of the “Happiness Class” and had also interacted with the students with the students at the Sarvodaya Co- Educational Senior Secondary School.
- Melania trump was entertained at the Secondary school were a dance performance was done by the students at the Sarvodaya Co-Ed Secondary Senior Secondary School.

- The President of the United States Donald Trump has said that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and himself have agreed and are working hand- in- hand for a free and for a balanced Indo- Pacific region. He added saying that defence has also been discussed in detail and an agreement has been made on a comprehensive defence deal.
- The US President has said that the defence deal would include the country India procuring the 24 MH-60 Romeo helicopters.
